초진 파노라마에서는 오른쪽 아래 #46 부위 치아가 심하게 손상되어 정상적인 치아 형태를 유지하지 못하는 상태가 확인되었습니다. 충치와 파절이 복합적으로 진행되면서 잇몸뼈 경계 아래까지 손상이 이어진 양상으로 분석됩니다.

 

On the initial panoramic radiograph, the lower right #46 tooth appeared severely damaged and unable to maintain its normal structure. Extensive decay and fracture had progressed below the gum and bone level.

 

다른 치아들은 비교적 안정적인 상태를 유지하고 있었기 때문에, 문제 부위인 #46만 집중적으로 치료하여 기능 회복을 계획하는 방향이 적절했던 것으로 판단됩니다.

 

Since the surrounding teeth remained relatively healthy, treatment was focused specifically on restoring the #46 area while preserving the rest of the dentition.

발치 즉시 임플란트와 치조골이식 진행

발치 후에는 손상된 염증 조직을 충분히 제거하고 내부를 깨끗하게 소독한 뒤 임플란트 인공치근을 정확한 각도와 깊이로 식립하였습니다.

 

After extraction, the infected tissue was thoroughly removed and disinfected before the implant fixture was placed at an appropriate depth and angle.

 

이후 발치로 인해 비어 있는 공간에는 치조골 이식재를 채워 넣어 향후 임플란트를 안정적으로 지지할 수 있도록 기초를 형성하였습니다.

A periapical radiograph taken approximately six weeks later showed stable bone adaptation around the implant, indicating healthy osseointegration.

 

치조골 이식재 역시 큰 흡수 없이 유지되며 임플란트를 안정적으로 지지하는 양상으로 관찰되었습니다.
